The last yacht to emerge from the drawing board of the late Robert Clark, she combines classical grace and elegance with the latest in technical innovation. She ia a custom built classic yacht, made of steel and teak, and finished to the very highest standards. Windweaver was completed in Southampton in Spring 1999.

Classic Sailing

Exhilarating under sail, she is also reassuringly quiet under power with a range of 3,000 miles, this is classic sailing at its best.

Sailing The Mediterranean

Enjoy a Mediterranean sailing holiday, experiencing white-washed towns, blue waters and mesmerising sunsets. A sailing cruise holiday on our classic wooden yacht is the perfect way to discover the Greek islands.

The Yacht

Windweaver was the last yacht to emerge from the drawing board of the late Robert Clark, combining classical grace and elegance. Windweaver is powerful, very forgiving at sea and ideal for exploring the Ionian Seas.

Air-conditioned throughout, she is spacious and comfortable below decks. Her light and airy interior decor was chosen by designer Sue Stowell, who has used sympathetic colours to create an unusual freshness.

The master stateroom boasts a king size double berth and large en suite heads and shower room. The two double berth guest cabins have additional drop-down pullman berths and en suite heads and showers.

The wheelhouse is equipped with the latest navigation and communications aids including GPS, radar, VHF and SSB radio, and satellite telephone, fax, e-mail and wifi facilities.

On deck a large semi-circular area, seating six to eight comfortably, wraps around a table which rises from the cockpit floor. The decks are clad in teak cut from a single log. Windweaver is undoubtedly a classic yacht for charter. She will be enjoyed by the purist yachtsman as much as by those simply wishing for a sailing holiday to escape from the stresses of modern life.

These Greek islands have bustling, cosmopolitan towns, ancient temples, Byzantine castles, traditional fishing harbours and picturesque anchorages. On a yacht charter holiday you will find so many interesting places to visit with a great mix of modern and ancient Greek culture.

The Perfect Base to Explore

This is a popular sailing holiday destination with an enormous choice of bareboat charter yachts and suits sailors looking for a change from the Ionian. You will enjoy reliable sailing winds every day but the area is sheltered from the strong meltemi wind which can blow in the Aegean during the summer.

Overlooked by the magnificent Acropolis and iconic Parthenon temple, Athens has an extraordinary amount to offer in the way of history, culture and art. Though Europe’s oldest city, it also has a modern sophistication characterised by lively street life, cosmopolitan hotels and swanky bars.

After enjoying the city set out on your Athens yacht charter to explore the many emerald bays, enchanting small towns and villages and some of the most beautiful anchorages around. Make this Greek yacht charter the best one yet.
